With over twenty years of sales leadership and operational experience, honed as a senior executive with one of Canada’s largest financial institutions, Dom brings a sterling reputation as a builder of teams: passionately committed to attracting, retaining, and developing top flight talent.
Ling Chen joined Collins Recruitment Group after launching her recruitment career at a Big 4 Accounting Firm in Toronto, where she focused on finance recruiting. After deciding to broaden her experience, Ling joined a global recruitment firm, where she focused exclusively on recruiting finance and accounting professionals for the banking and financial services sector. At Collins Recruitment, Ling has developed a niche expertise within the capital markets sector including equities research, investment banking, and institutional sales and trading for institutional investment dealers, private equity firms, hedge funds, and asset managers.
A Bachelor’s degree graduate in Psychology of the American University in Washington D.C., Nathalie entered and excelled at her career as a leading executive with a New York City recruitment firm, directing major accounts for international clients including publishers, media companies and professional service organizations.
June earned her Bachelor of Business Administration while studying in
British Columbia. She has several years experience working with financial
institutions in British Columbia and Ontario within various departments
including finance and marketing. She understands the unique needs of
clients and is passionate about providing the highest level of service
to her clients and candidates.
With nearly a decade of leadership experience in the financial services industry (retail banking and wealth management) coupled with a proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams at some of the largest and well-respected financial institutions in Canada and the United States, Samar brings a strong reputation of recruiting, training and managing high-performing talent, and is proud to join Collins Recruitment Group.
With over six years experience in Accounting and Finance recruitment; including 2 years recruiting nationally for the Tax Department of a Big 4 Accounting firm—Alan has an impressive track record and reputation for successfully partnering with some of the most respected employers and candidates alike.
With a Bachelors degree in English and an MBA, Matthew began his career in financial services with one of Canada’s leading retail brokerage firms. Matthew transitioned to executive search with a top global firm before moving to one of Canada’s foremost pension funds, where he helped to build and manage the recruitment function.
After graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Dave began his career in the field of recruitment.
Kevin’s recruiting experience spans across a number of functional areas including Information Technology, Accounting/Finance and Sales, and across a broad industry spectrum. Regardless of the function or sector he is working in, Kevin enjoys working with Managers to determine their needs and then discovering candidates that bring real value to the company.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Political Science
and East Asian Studies from the University of Toronto. With extensive
administration management experience in the real estate and banking
sectors, Carrie brings a strong foundation in office management and
